SIRUI UK provides the purchaser a warranty of six years (filters, smartphone accessories, bags and back packs two years) from the date of purchase that the product will be free from any production and/ or material defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accidental damage, excessive heat, improper use or loss. This warranty is valid only in conjunction with the relevant product warranty card (SIRUI Europe GmbH) and a proof of purchase, (within Europe). This does not effect your statutory rights, please contact the service centre below.

Warranty repair
For a repair, the product must be sent with the original SIRUI Europe GmbH warranty card and the invoice.

Where do I send my repair?
SIRUI products you have purchased in the UK can be sent to your local dealer or the service department of SIRUI Europe GmbH.

Asia, Africa, Australia, North America, South America, Eastern Europe
